Nestled in the heart of Herefordshire, Broadfield Court is a gem of a wedding venue, offering both charm and elegance. I had the absolute pleasure of capturing Lily and Lloyd's beautiful two-day celebration here, and every moment was filled with love, joy, and unforgettable memories.

Their wedding was truly unique, spread across two days to give them time to enjoy each moment to the fullest. The ceremony and family meal on Friday were intimate and heartfelt, while Saturday saw a lively celebration with all of their closest friends and extended family.

Day 1: An Intimate Ceremony and Family Meal

Lily and Lloyd’s wedding ceremony took place on Friday evening in Broadfield Court’s stunning garden. The late afternoon light filtered through the trees, casting a soft, golden glow on the couple as they exchanged their vows. It was a beautiful, emotional ceremony shared with just their immediate family, and you could feel the love in every glance and smile.

After the ceremony, the small group gathered in one of the venue's cozy rooms for a family meal. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, with laughter filling the room. As a photographer, it's always special to capture those quieter moments – the toasts, the gentle conversations, and the genuine emotion that comes from a more intimate gathering.

Day 2: A Celebration with Friends and Family

Saturday was a completely different vibe – a day full of excitement and energy as Lily and Lloyd welcomed their friends and extended family for a full day of celebration. I arrived early to capture both bridal and groom prep. Lily got ready in Broadfield Court’s charming bridal suite, surrounded by her bridesmaids, while Lloyd and his groomsmen shared a few laughs over a drink as they prepared for the day ahead.

The bridal prep was filled with joyful anticipation – Lily looked absolutely stunning in her gown, and there were plenty of emotional moments between her and her family. Meanwhile, Lloyd was all smiles, clearly excited to marry his best friend.

Once everyone was ready, the couple had a confetti-filled entrance to the celebration, with friends and family showering them in colourful petals as they walked hand in hand across the venue’s picturesque grounds. This was one of those magical moments where everything came together – the bright smiles, the vibrant confetti, and the beautiful backdrop of Broadfield Court.

The rest of the day was spent capturing the many candid moments during the reception. The speeches were filled with laughter, the first dance was tender and heartfelt, and the sunset created the perfect setting for some stunning couple portraits in the garden.

Lily and Lloyd’s wedding was a true celebration of love, and Broadfield Court provided the perfect backdrop. It was an honour to be their photographer and capture these moments that they will treasure for a lifetime.

If you’re planning a wedding at Broadfield Court, I’d love to help you capture your special day.
